Declaration on True and Complete Form

Note : All the applicants, irrespective of his/her intended duration of stay in Germany or the Schengen area has to sign & submit a Declaration of the provision of true & complete information with their application form.
Declaration on Travel Health Insurance

Applicants applying for all Multiple Entry Schengen Visas, irrespective of the validity, will also have to provide a written guarantee that they will cover all successive trips with an International Health Insurance valid for the intended period of travel. Airport Transit Visa

With effect from 01 May 2008 Nigerian citizens do not need an airport transit visa if they are in possession of a valid visa for a member state of the EU or for a sovereign state of the convent of the European Economic Territory of 02 May 1992, Japan, Canada, Switzerland or the United States of America; or if after using the visa they return to Nigeria from any of these countries.
